Insurance Claims

Many of the homes in your area have new roofs, siding, windows and gutters paid for by their insurance companies. Do you? If not, do you fall into one of the four categories below?

A. You don't think your home has been damaged

Storm Damage cannot always be seen from the ground. Most homeowners are unaware of what insurance adjusters and insurance restoration experts look for to determine if wind has actually damaged the shingles, siding, windows, or gutters. (NOTE: A shingle damaged by wind will void your manufacturer's warranty. Look under "EXCLUSIONS" on your warranty paperwork)

B. Your claim has been denied by your insurance company

If you have noticed roofs, siding, windows or gutters being replaced recently in your neighborhood, do not accept the insurance company's findings that they have not been damaged. Allow us to help you. We will give you a free, fair and qualified evaluation of whether or not you have damage. We are very successful with re-inspections and negotiating with insurance adjusters. If your roof, siding, windows, or gutters are damaged you deserve to have them replaced.

C. Your insurance company only agreed to pay for a partial replacement

If you have been offered a partial replacement, CALL US! We will give you an honest second opinion. If we determine you are entitled to a complete replacement we will contact the insurance company on your behalf and request that a different adjuster re-inspects your home. We will be there to point out the damage. If they still refuse to pay you what we honestly feel you are entitled to, we can have an arbitrator inspect your home again and we will be there during the inspection.

D. You haven't found a LOCAL company you're comfortable working with
